what to expect
During the session you will be lying down. Crystals will be placed on and around you, helping you to open up your channels and connect to self. You will be guided through light breathwork to calm the nervous system as well as to ground you. Feeling rooted in yourself we will begin to explore what within you needs to be released. As intuitive messages come to me we will process through the meaning together, acknowledging any thoughts or feelings that arise. This may help to create clarity in your life. Leaving you to feel grounded, connected to yourself’s purpose, or even guided on your souls journey. Towards the end of the session crystal sound bowls will be played to achieve a deeper meditative and relaxing state.
What it is
We will work together to assess what your energy field needs. We may re-align chakras, process through blocks, cut chords, receive messages from loved ones, inner child work, meditation, trauma release, etc. Similar to Reiki and psychic medium.

What to except
You will be laying or seated, whichever is most comfortable for you. Sound instruments and high-end sound bowls including Meinl and Crystal tones will be played. Some bowls are infused with minerals to enhance the healing process, such as copper and smokey quartz. Sound and resonance will move through your energy field inducing calmness and stress relief. At the end of the session you will be gently woken, and time will be given to discuss anything that my have come up for you.

Sound baths are known to bring on a deep meditative and restorative state. Sound baths can help you release stagnant energy. It is a full-bodied meditative experience. Crystal sound bowls can help align your chakras and aide you in feeling more grounded and clearer headed. Sound baths are deeply relaxing and effects can sometimes be felt up to days after the event.
